Location: Bangalore
Position: CIM (Clinician Interaction Manager)
Education: MSC/BSC Life sciences, B.Pharma / M Pharma, Sales & marketing
Experience: 6-8years in managing clinicians (ICU/Pulmonologists / Paediatricians)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify key clinicians, department heads in hospitals and medical institutes, administrators, laboratorians, and other opinion leaders and promote the importance of syndromic testing and the medical value of FA panels.
2. Build strong clinician KOL network for BIOFIRE panels, engage KOL network in various scientific activities.
3. Keep fully knowledgeable on the techno-commercial aspects of the product to be able to engage in high quality interactions and satisfy the need for technical and commercial information to manage professional relationships with all stakeholders.
4. Continually provide fresh inputs to the Marketing team on the medical value, case studies and other benefits of the FA panels based on the interactions with the FA users and other key opinion leaders.
5. Ensure that the sales budgets for BIOFIRE system and reagents are met in a timely and predictable manner.
6. Work closely with the sales & marketing team on all of the above and other activities as required, eg: implementation of marketing action plans

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  1. 1. Understand the sales budget in full detail including the periodic targets. Efforts to be focused on realising reagent consumption targets apart from new installations.
    2. Keep fully informed on all technical USPs, benefits and have a detailed understanding of the medical value of the products. This is important to be able to engage with clinicians and other knowledgeable stakeholders.
    3. Provide continual feedback to marketing on learnings on the field including new case studies, new potential USPs , technical arguments, etc., to strengthen sales arguments.
    4. Prepare and deliver high quality, impactful presentations to customers and prospects to enable quick decision making for purchase of panels and system.
    5. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing to conceptualize, create and implement suitable marketing action plans including conducting CMEs, discussions, etc.,
    6. Consciously build a strong, validated pipeline for prospective sales in the territory.
    7. Ensure that daily and weekly work plan is entered in CRM and all sales activities are duly entered in a timely manner.
    8. Develop and nurture a pool of Key Opinion Leaders that can be leveraged for internal learnings and external promotion of the product.
    KEY DELIVERABLES:
    1. Achievement of sales budget in a timely, periodic and predictable manner.
    2. Maintenance of a strong, validated pipeline to ensure targeted future sales activities.
    3. Ensure that all required entries in CRM are completed in time.
