Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Organizes and manages the Customer Service Teams of his/her sector in collaboration with sales and planning in order to guarantee the deployment of the company’s solutions towards customers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency research.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage and facilitate a team of FAS.
  • Ensure that skills are relevant with the sector and adapt them continuously.
  • Coordinate deployments on its sector solution (search for maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency).
  • Analyze and monitor team activity and adjust if necessary.
  • Promote Service activities and develop business activities.

 

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Studies-Experience:
    • Scientific background: minimum bachelor or master and / or> 4/5 years of experience in biology and / or industry applications.
    • Experience in a management position
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Customer and solution oriented
    • Organized, rigorous and autonomous
    • Ability to listen, understand and transmit.
    • Capacity to lead and develop a team
