The headquarter of Mérieux University is located to the west of Lyon (France) in “le Domaine de Montcelard”, and 4 Regional Hubs are dedicated to our international sessions (China, USA, Shanghai, France).
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job
- Organize and manage the customer supply activities to ensure customer satisfaction through planning, order management, delivery and invoicing, and complaint handling in line with the written procedures, the guidelines, import/export regulations and in close collaboration with the other departments helping to meet the sales and profitability targets.
Main Accountabilities
- Prepare the document for e-bidding, quotation, tender, send customer’s PO to Zuellig Pharma.
- Answering customer inquiries and customer complaint in collaboration with other departments (ZP Warehouse, Commercial Finance, Quality….)
- Master data: Manage customer master data in SAP and CRM. Coordinating with ZP on new product code creation
- Coordinate with ZP warehouse team to ensure proper operations in place for managing all inventory & delivery to end customers. Communication about product availabilities and delivery status update in case of delay.
- Follow up incoming reagent shipment and coordinate with receiving team to release products at ZP warehouse, manage ZP stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with other SC team members on ZP billing based on end customer order.
- Sales support related tasks: Upload distributors sell-out and inventory monthly in Harmorny, Sales analysis and CRM related tasks.
- Other tasks as defined in related company procedures or assigned by the direct superior.
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Studies-Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree with specialization in supply chain/customer service
- At least 4 ~ 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work under customer pressure. Rigor and timeliness Commitment. Time and priorities management
- -Business /customer oriented. Very good knowledge of SAP/EDI. Adaptability/Flexibility
