Reporting directly to the Northern European Cluster Food Marketing Manager, we are looking for an Augmented Diagnostics Business Developer Manager who will be responsible for the cluster execution and delivery of Augmented Diagnostic (ADx) in adherence with the regional and local strategy through management of all customer project dimensions as well as providing operational Marketing support to enhance and differentiate the value of our solution.

 

  

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

 

  • Lead the adoption and deployment of our new Augmented Diagnostics strategy within NEC, engaging various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

 

  • Actively support local teams to integrate and embrace this new approach and contribute to the development of Sales Representatives' skills in the strategic segment.

 

  • Work closely with Account Managers to generate business leads by reaching new stakeholders, facilitated by pre discovery activities performed by the marketing team when necessary.

 

  • Oversee the sales process from discovery to closure, including invoicing, final reporting, and post-sale activities.

 

  • Actively participate in the local marketing action plan to define and prioritize business goals, develop, and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders and participate in relevant local and regional events (such as Food Safety Congress) to promote our presence and expertise in the sector.

 

  • Strengthen training for internal teams and external partners, ensuring they achieve technical fluency in the Augmented Diagnostics suite of solutions and are equipped to effectively support solution deployment and customer engagement – and ultimately to foster repeat business.

 

  • Establish high focus on external communication, contacts with opinion leaders, business providers, and consulting companies. Conduct surveys, workshops, success stories, symposiums and local teams’ trainings. Develop communication strategy in social media & modern selling.

 

  • Collaborate with digital and inside-marketing teams to develop innovative communication strategies and impactful assets that drive proactive and dynamic engagement with the various stakeholders across the customer value-chain (production, supply-chain, potentially IT, in addition to the micro laboratory)

 

  • Strengthen the post-sale follow-up by incorporating customer satisfaction initiatives and collecting feedback for continuous improvement of the Augmented Diagnostics offering

 

 

Who are you?

 

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in science and/or Business/Marketing with experience in a sales or marketing environment who has good knowledge of CRM.

You will be someone with proven sales performance, business development skills and a good understanding of the market. Ideally you will have the ability to solve complex problems with experience in project management. It is essential to be open to challenges, new ideas and ways of working.
