What will be your main accountabilities?
The role aims to drive the growth of the endotoxin business and to support the PQC sales organization in achieving the objectives defined for the Northern Europe Cluster, in alignment with overall company goals, market potential, and available resources.
It also aims to strengthen sales team autonomy and proficiency throughout the discovery and sales process, while ensuring efficient communication and alignment between territorial, regional, S/GKA, and Global stakeholders.
Key responsabilities wil include :

Managing the endotoxin product range and accelerating the development of the PQC market within the Northern Europe Cluster, in line with targeted commercial performance (ERS).

Defining and aligning strategies, tactics, and action plans for the ENDONEXT range in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

Supporting product management activities, including pricing policies, product launches, and the development of marketing materials.

Working closely with the sales team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Conducting regular field activities, including customer visits and participation in events, to ensure territory objectives are met and to capture customer needs and market trends.

Developing and maintaining a strong customer network, including key users and Key Opinion Leaders.

Maintaining customer relationships to promote sales and achieve sales targets.

Qualifying projects and supporting the sales team in closing ENDONEXT opportunities through appropriate support such as KOL involvement, customer visits, VALC, feasibility studies, demonstrations, and workshops.

Growing and maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in close collaboration with the sales team.

Planning and participating, together with Sales and Marketing teams, in conferences, user group meetings, webinars, and other relevant events.

Assessing the competitive landscape through active field benchmarking and providing tools and training to support objection handling.

Managing budgets, product launches, and sales forecasting processes in collaboration with NEC Sales and Marketing managers.

Providing regular reporting on sales performance, activities, and territory results.

Maintaining continuous collaboration with corporate teams (Marketing, R&D, Service, Supply Chain) and actively engaging with the EMEA community to contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.
Who are you ?
- Higher scientific education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with a strong understanding of the endotoxin market and customer needs.
- Combined scientific and sales or marketing background, with proven scientific expertise in endotoxin.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer environments.
- High emotional intelligence and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, results-driven approach, and solid organization and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with validation and qualification processes related to the ENDONEXT range.
- Autonomous and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including training, sales, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to develop and manage key relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and bioMérieux excellence centers.
- High mobility required (>50%) within the Northern Europe Cluster.
- Fluent in English.
This position may be based in the following locations: Amersfoort (Netherlands), Basingstoke (England), Brussels (Belgium), Göteborg (Sweden), Oslo (Norway).
