CRC Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Centre Engineer who will work and grow within the Customer Service team and will report to the Customer Relationship Centre Manager within a team of 8 colleagues.
What will your responsibilities be at bioMerieux?
You will contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the customer with a high level of service which includes providing support to external customers via phone and Vilink, as well as on-site support as required.
Your main responsibilities include responding to all customers or staff queries and fault reports, resolving issues, and generating any necessary documentation or records. You will need to operate within the SOP's surrounding Technical Complaint Handling, associated procedures, and best working practices.
Who are you?
You will have good aptitude in the electronics/engineering fields and will be educated to ONC/HNC level in the electronic engineering area. You must possess good communication, time management and organisational skills.
This role is based in the Basingstoke office, allowing some hybrid working.
