We are looking for a Commercial Performance Analyst who will work and grow within the Commercial Operations team. You will report to the Associate Director Commercial Operations UK & Ireland working with cross-functional collaborators.
This position will be based in Hampshire (UK), with hybrid working and occasional travel expected.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
- Work with the Commercial team to align on key priorities, ensuring strategic and tactical business questions are addressed.
- Drive best practices for decision-making using KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the CRM and CVM strategy and execution, including analysis of campaign results and monthly CRM metrics reporting to make actionable recommendations.
- Support change management initiatives to continually improve customer experience and contribute to the development of the CRM roadmap.
- Champion new strategic initiatives such as account management implementation, cross-selling, and new product introductions.
- Collaborate closely with corporate functions (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IS, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Quality, Ethics & Compliance) and business units to ensure optimal coordination of commercial projects.
- Support the adoption of group commercial tools and contribute to global enhancement initiatives and local change management processes.
- Actively participate in the regional network of champions, sharing knowledge and driving process improvements.
- Provide input and feedback as a business process specialist for projects impacting on local sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM backlog, ensuring accuracy and relevance of defined tasks.
Who are you?
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
- Experience in CRM/CVM strategy and campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics; proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a sales function is desirable but not essential.
