Field Service & Quote‑to‑Go Live Process Owner
Location: Europe or US (RDU) Department: Commercial Process Excellence, Global Commercial Operations Excellence (GCOE)
Reporting to: Senior Director, Commercial Process Excellence
About the Role
As Field Service & Quote‑to‑Go Live Process Owner, you will play a key role in driving end‑to‑end Commercial Process Excellence across critical post‑sale customer journeys. You will own and continuously improve the Field Service and Quote‑to‑Go Live processes, ensuring operational efficiency, data reliability, and a seamless customer first experience.
This role places strong emphasis on process governance, cross‑regional harmonization, and automation, supporting the broader ambition to streamline and standardize the BUY & OWN cycle. By working closely with regional/local teams and global stakeholders, you will enable faster revenue realization, improve customer experience, enhance field agents work conditions and strengthen data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
End to End Process Ownership
· Own the Field Service and Quote to Go Live processes end to end, from customer acceptance through go live and service execution.
· Ensure clear process governance, documentation, and accountability across regions/local teams.
· Drive process evolution based on business needs, customer feedback, and performance insights.
Customer Experience & Lead Time Optimization
· Improve the customer’s first experience by ensuring smooth transitions from order, installation, and go live to reagent consumption.
· Reduce lead times and operational friction to accelerate revenue realization.
· Ensure consistency, visibility, and transparency throughout the customer journey.
Performance Monitoring & Data Quality
· Define, monitor, and govern key process KPIs (e.g. service performance, lead times, execution quality, time to go live etc.).
· In collaboration with Installed Base Process Owner, strengthen Installed Base reliability and data integrity by improving process consistency and system usage.
· Ensure data supports operational execution, performance tracking, and decision making.
Process Transformation & Automation
· Identify, prioritize, and lead process simplification and automation initiatives delivering measurable value.
· Coordinate multiple workstreams to implement enhancements across tools, workflows, and interfaces.
· Reduce manual workload and improve efficiency for regional and local teams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
· Build, animate, and lead a global network of Field Service and Quote to Go Live process experts.
· Actively engage regional teams, local operations, and global functions to ensure alignment and adoption.
· Drive change management through communication, training materials, best practices, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Your Profile
· Proven experience in commercial operations, field service, or customer lifecycle process ownership.
· Strong background in process governance, optimization, and cross‑regional standardization.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments at global and regional/local levels.
· Data‑driven mindset, with experience translating operational data into actionable improvements.
· Strong interest in automation, digital tools, and process mining and efficiency.
· Experience in a local subsidiary or operational role is a strong advantage.
