Are you eager to work in a supportive team with exposure to HR administrative and operational activities? Then look no further! bioMérieux is looking for a highly motivated and organised Graduate Human Resources Intern to join our UK & Ireland HR team.
Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner – UK & Ireland, you’ll gain broad exposure to the daily workings of a dynamic HR function within a global organisation.
What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?
You will have the opportunity to work on all areas of HR including recruitment, on-boarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, communication and engagement. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner for UK & Ireland to assist with the daily operations of delivering HR support to all UK & I employees and be able to assist with global HR initiatives and projects as required.
You will collaborate closely with other departments including finance, sales, supply chain and marketing.
Who are you?
The Human Resources Intern will have many responsibilities and be a key part of supporting all UK and Ireland employees so you MUST possess:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of UK employment law is desirable but not essential.
