Are you ready to start your career in Tenders and Contracts Graduate in one of the largest IVD global companies? Are you eager to work in a supportive team with exposure to tenders and contracts administrative and operational activities? Then look no further! bioMérieux is looking for a highly motivated and organised Graduate Tenders and Contracts Analyst to join our UK & Ireland Clinical Sales team. 

Reporting directly to the Contracts and Tenders Manager UK & Ireland, you’ll gain broad exposure to the workings of a dynamic commercial function within a global healthcare organisation, supporting critical processes related to tenders, contracts, and pricing.

What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?

You will have the opportunity to work across key areas of the commercial function, supporting the Clinical Sales team with tender submissions, contract administration, and pricing coordination. You will assist with the preparation and review of tender terms and conditions, ensure accurate completion of financial documentation, and support the management of third-party and other agreements.

You will work closely with the Contract and Tenders Manager and act as the main point of contact for some agreements. In addition, you will assist with setting up and maintaining sales contracts, including renewals and pricing adjustments for Managed Service Contracts (MSCs).

You will collaborate closely with other departments including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain, contributing to the smooth execution of commercial operations within a global healthcare organisation.

 

Who are you?

The Contracts and Tenders Graduate will have many responsibilities and be a key part of supporting all UK and Ireland employees so you MUST possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review contractual terms critically.
  • Understanding of commercial data.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tender deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to follow structured processes while also identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a commercial team.
