Own excellent products and academic knowledge in the segments; |

Follow all the sales activities in the region; coordinated by KA manager and Leading the K.A.M. local team formed by Sales, Application Specialist to implement and achieve the goals of the KAM projects; |

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made; |
|
Identify and establish the distributor network in the region and direct interaction with sub-dealers; |
|
In charge of the promotions of integrated solutions for infectious diseases in all of clinical/Industry sectors; |
|
Create own relationship with the customers; |
|
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues; |
|
Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locally. |
