岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

 Specifically covering regions/segments: Coordinating and leading the Clinical teams and promote all the relevant products in the regions/segments; 
 Pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development by providing integrated solutions to the segments;
 Work close with regional sales manager and distributors to achieve sales goals.

 主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 * Own excellent products and academic knowledge in the segments;
 * Follow all the sales activities in the region; coordinated by KA manager and Leading the K.A.M. local team formed by Sales, Application Specialist to implement and achieve the goals of the KAM projects;
 * Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
 * Identify and establish the distributor network in the region and direct interaction with sub-dealers;
 * In charge of the promotions of integrated solutions for infectious diseases in all of clinical sectors;
 * Create own relationship with the customers;
 * Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues;
 * Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locally.
职位要求:
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

 * College degree or above majoring in Public Health Management/Medical Diagnosis/life science or relevant fields
 * Above 10 years of working experience in sales promotions targeting related segments; strong distribution network management experience
 * Good command of English both reading and writing
 * Good computer and communication skills
 * Capability to work under pressure, self-initiative, objective oriented, leadership skills
 * Travel in the region
