PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Leading and managing the local sale teams,including both biomerieux
and distributors,to
pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development in all
the products’ segments.
2、主要职责 / MAIN
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales Management |
Exceeding the sales budget and delivering expected high growth and market share; |
In collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain…), successfully launching, promoting and driving full utilizations of the company products/solutions; |
Be directly to drive key customers satisfaction and reagent growth; Leading local team to implement and achieve the goals of key customers projects; |
Work out the annual sales budgets according to the market potential and opportunities by distributors in the particular territories; |
Distributors Management: |
Organize, coordinate, optimizing and leading the distributors network properly, effectively and achieve the annual sales targets; |
Fully in charge of the related distributors; |
Establishing distributors network to cover all the market segments properly, including the distributors identifying, selecting, recruiting, managing and terminating the distributors; |
Close follow up and motivate the sales results, man powers, business orientations, promotion invest of the distributors; |
Managing the pricing structure across the distributors, regions, and customer segmentations; |
Strategies
Management:
Collecting, analyzing the market and customers information, forecasting the market trends and define the adaptive local strategies; |
Establish good relationship with the KOL, Clinical Laboratory Centers and Local health bureaus and other competent authorities; Working closely with PGA to influence/lobby government bodies in healthcare industry policies developments at the regional level; |
Market intelligence: collect information from the market and competitors and feed-back marketing and management |
Team Management: |
Implement the company vision, mission and policies and make sure to build the team that is able to meet the long term development of the company; |
Recruit and retain high potential talents and develop the management and leadership skills of the team; |
Works with HR to implement company policy on performance evaluation, succession plan etc. |
keeping the office operation smoothly and efficiently; control local operation and promotion expense budget. |
3、知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE,
LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor or above with major in Microbiology, Immunoassay, Molecular biology application
2.At least 5 years successful IVD related sales experience and at least 10 years experience in related industry.
3.Sales management skills especially forecast accuracy, negotiation skills, pricing control capabilities; outstanding leadership; challenges taken and driving for executions; Basic financial understandings
4. at least 5 yeas Team management skills
