- MISSION OVERVIEW
The People Partnership, Colombia, will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, ensuring consistent execution of HR policies and processes and fostering compliance, consistency, and a people-centric approach that drives engagement, development, and high performance, aligned with global guidelines and local needs.
The People Partner, Colombia, will report to the Sr. Director, Human Resources - Latin America.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Partnership & Leadership
- Serve as the primary HR partner to the leaders and employees, providing expert advice on sensitive or complex topics (e.g., organizational change, cross-border team management, policy exceptions).
- Manage large HR projects or end-to-end processes with limited oversight; coach, review, and lead talent lifecycle initiatives: performance management, succession planning, and development plans.
- Lead social dialogue with employee representatives and liaise with local authorities to maintain a favorable employee relations climate.
- Support organizational changes and strategic projects, driving clear communication and change management.
- HR Process Delivery & Compliance
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies, programs, and practices; adapt implementation plans to local requirements where necessary.
- Oversee accurate delivery of core HR processes (e.g., payroll coordination, employment contracts, internships, statutory declarations), and analyze the KPI reports (headcount, salary mass, absenteeism) in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Talent Lifecycle & Engagement
- Champion the rollout of global/regional HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement, transformation efforts), tailoring deployment and communications to local and functional contexts.
- Advise and coach managers to drive workforce performance; support succession, development plans, and career pathways.
- Monitor and interpret people data and workforce indicators to identify emerging issues, support business planning, and influence decision‑making
- Support and advise operational managers as regards personnel management, organization, and change management skills.
- Lead together with legal support the dialogue with the employee representatives and with local authorities, ensuring a positive social environment.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in multinational environments.
- Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and compliance practices
- Proven track record leading complex HR projects and coaching HR team members.
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS and talent platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and workforce analytics.
- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This role could be a hybrid model and travel as required, with an estimated of around 5%.
