Business Analyst - Commercial Excellence

Mission

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence team in the BENNOR cluster (Benelux & Nordics). The role will focus on supporting the Customer Management 360 (CRM360) program, a core pillar of Commercial Excellence, which aims to enhance the CRM experience and optimize customer-centric strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, for both Clinical & Industry entities.

You will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and continuously improving our customer data strategies, sales performance programs, and commercial analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Management 360 Program
  • Support the design and evolution of the CRM360 user experience for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure the alignment of CRM functionalities with business needs and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement CRM enhancements and training initiatives.
  1.  Commercial Analytics & Insights
  • Develop, maintain, and improve performance dashboards and KPIs used by commercial teams.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful reports and insights to support decision-making (Sales, Supply, Finance).
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in customer engagement, segmentation, and sales funnel management.

 

  1. Customer Value Management & Incentive Plan
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the Customer Value Management (CVM) program, helping commercial teams to prioritize and grow high-value accounts.
  • Support the yearly design and deployment of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), ensuring alignment with business objectives and CRM data.

 

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, CRM, or Commercial Excellence roles, ideally within a healthcare or B2B environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT teams.
    • Strong organization and project management capabilities.
    • Fluent in English.
