We are looking for an BENNOR CFO who will work and grow within the Finance department and will report to the CFO EMEA within a team of around 12 co-workers. The position is located in Brussels (Belgium).
What will be your mission ?
Position details
- Support management in the financial implications of business activities to improve profitability, cash generation and return on the capital employed;
- Be an active & contributive business partner in building sustainable growth
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, provide financial forecasting, budgets, performance analysis, investment monitoring,
- Ensure tax, legal and financial compliance
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
- Evaluate and advise s on the impact of strategic planning, new projects/investments of acquisitions
- Lead corporate projects
- Organize the financial activities in the cluster leveraging SSC organization
Who are you?
- Knowledge and skills: BA/BS in Finance, with 10+years of relevant experience in Finance and 3-5year of management experience
- Talents and qualities: ability to partner with and lead and influence multiple teams responsible for complex operations in a multi-cultural context.
- Fluent English
