Your Mission & Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and service profitability by:
- Providing remote technical and scientific support, including troubleshooting and field action completion to ensure the best remote fix rate.
- Acting as a key contact for internal and external customer requests to ensure the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Leading troubleshooting analysis, diagnosing issues, delivering solutions, or planning field interventions when needed.
- Preparing service work orders and ensuring smooth coordination between remote and field service teams.
- Reporting all events in the ERP system to ensure traceability in accordance with company quality standards and regulations.
- Updating the installed base and knowledge base with relevant information.
- Identifying service opportunities (training, connectivity, service contracts) and informing the sales team of customer needs, risks, or leads.
- Supporting the implementation of new products, methodologies, and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Performing repairs and calibrations in the in-house workshop if needed.
- Joining Field Service Engineers on-site for installations and maintenance activities as part of continuous learning.
Who You Are
- Secondary education diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, IT, biotechnology) or similar experience.
- Comfortable in a digital environment with strong IT skills (ERP tools, MS Office).
- A good listener, empathetic, assertive, organized, and autonomous.
- Able to analyze, manage priorities, and make well-considered decisions in critical or stressful situations.
- Customer- and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with intermediate French.
