We are looking for a passionate graduated student to join our Customer Service team in the BeNeLux and Nordic Countries (BenNor Cluster). This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and international environment. This graduate position is based on a fix-term contract with end date as of December 31st, 2026.
Role Overview: As an Installed Base Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the installed base, with a focus on service contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with IB BenNor team, manage the customer's installed base and all related activities for the Benelux/Nordics region.
- Oversee system service contracts (proposal, follow-up, and extension) and manage maintenance plans.
- Handle the complete life cycle of the customer’s installed base (in SAP & Salesforce) from order, installation, go-live/implementation through routine usage until dismantling, ensuring required traceability.
- Work within the guidelines of relevant processes and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular data accuracy analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools to optimize service quality and profitability.
- Participate in transversal projects impacting the installed base.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in installed base administration, particularly service contract management, is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in SAP and/or Salesforce is desirable; mastery of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction and collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dynamic and customer-oriented mindset, understanding the impact of data quality on customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Location : Sweden (Goteborg) or Belgium (Brussels)
- Fluent English speaking.
