About the Programme
Our 12‑month Graduate Programme offers you the chance to grow, learn, and discover the full scope of Customer Service operations. Based on performance and business needs, it may be extended for an additional year.
What You’ll Do
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist (Graduate), you will be part of our international Customer Support Centre in Brussels, where you will:
- Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Coordinate dispatch requests for Field Service Engineers
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with colleagues across Benelux & Nordic countries to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to product and technical inquiries remotely
- Lead troubleshooting and follow-up actions with internal teams
- Document interactions in ERP/CRM tools in line with quality standards
- Contribute to service documentation and knowledge base content
- Support implementation of new tools and procedures
- Coordinate service activities with field engineers when needed
Who You Are
- Recent graduate with a bachelor in engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented communicator
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Able to work independently and in an international team
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
- Comfortable using digital tools (ERP systems, MS Office, etc.)
