What You’ll Do: 

  1. Sales Administration and Customer Support: 

  • Handle sales orders, contracts, and customer master data in SAP (or local ERP) in compliance with internal and external rules. 

  • Generate invoices and credit notes, resolve technical and non-technical notifications, and monitor EDI and e-ordering messages. 

  1. Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Ensure timely and accurate order-related customer interactions via phone or email, providing support and solutions as needed. 

  • Formalize and send offers to customers, assist in creating/amending schedule orders, and monitor on-time and in-full order delivery. 

  1. Issue Resolution: 

  • Manage non-technical complaints from customers, coordinate returns and carrier damage, and process associated credit notes. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 

  1. Supply Chain Activities: 

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. 

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. 

  1. Team Support and Communication: 

  • Support and train inexperienced team members, ensuring fluid communication with stakeholders. 

  • Participate in meetings with customers, key users, and process experts to implement new processes or solve recurring issues. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Educational Background: Upper Secondary School or HND/Bachelor’s and FP II Degree/Business school (major in Supply Chain-Logistics; International Trade; Management).  

  • Skills: Ability to work under customer pressure, manage time and priorities, and adapt to new situations. Strong interest to learn and develop knowledge in supply chain operations and systems (SAP, Salesforce.com...) and proficiency in English and/or Dutch (ideally both).
