We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative HR Officer to join our Benelux & Nordics cluster for a one-year mission.

The cluster covers six countries :  Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway , and brings together more than 200 employees across diverse functions. You will be part of a passionate HR team that supports this multicultural region, fostering connection, consistency, and employee well-being.

In this role, you will assist the HR Manager for the cluster with HR coordination, projects, and key HR activities. You will work on initiatives ranging from employee experience and engagement to HR reporting, presentations, and process alignment.

Main Responsibilities

 

HR Coordination & Support (Benelux focus)

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • Support HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, learning & development, performance, and engagement actions.

  • Promote a consistent, people-centered HR approach aligned with the company’s values.

 Cluster Support & Project Management (Benelux & Nordics)

  • Assist the HR Manager in coordinating HR activities across six countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway).

  • Prepare HR presentations, reports, and communication materials for meetings and leadership reviews.

  • Monitor and follow up on HR KPIs and dashboards (headcount, turnover, training, engagement).

  • Help harmonize HR processes, tools, and communication across the cluster.

  • Coordinate HR process meetings and project follow-ups with local stakeholders.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion across the region.

  • Help design and deliver internal communication and recognition activities.

  • Encourage collaboration, trust, and belonging within a diverse and energetic team.

Who Are You 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR project management, or a generalist role — ideally in an international environment.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, HR tools).

  • Fluent in English 

  • A curious, positive, and proactive team player — eager to learn, experiment, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
