Installed Base Administrator
As Installed Base Administrator you will be part of an international team (Benelux & Nordics) responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Installed base - including system service contract management - linked to bioMérieux instrument life cycle management.
Your main activities:
- In charge to manage customer's installed base and all related activities linked to a particular region of the Benelux/Nordics cluster.
- Manage system service contracts (contract proposal, follow-up and extension) including the management of maintenance plans.
- Manage the complete life cycle of the customer's installed base (in SAP & Salesforce) from order, installation, go life/ implementation through the period of routine usage until it is eventually dismantled & ensure the required traceability.
- Work within the requirements set out in the relevant process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
- Carry out a regular analysis of data accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools to optimize service quality and profitability.
- Contribute to transversal projects impacting installed base.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor in business administration or similar.
- Experience in installed base administration (mainly service contract management) is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is highly desirable & mastering pack office is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills required in interactions & collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high degree of data entry accuracy is essential.
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail.
- Dynamic and customer oriented mind-set: Understand the impact poor quality or missing data can have on customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Good level of English, Dutch and French is essential.
