Your responsibilities include:
- Office Management: Organize operations and procedures, maintain a safe and productive workspace, manage supplies, and oversee vendor contracts.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and global/regional events; welcome visitors and support leadership agendas.
- Executive Support: Provide calendar management and business meeting coordination for the VP and leadership team; arrange travel and team events.
- Finance & Purchasing: Handle purchase orders, monitor office expenses, and coordinate invoices.
- IT & Equipment: Act as the IT point of contact for office equipment and support HR with onboarding tools.
- Fleet Management: Oversee company car orders, returns, and compliance with policy.
- HR Collaboration: Support onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement activities, and maintain internal systems.
What we’re looking for:
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure when needed.
- 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- Flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn.
