We are looking for a Service Contract Administrator to join our Customer Service team and help ensure our service contracts are managed accurately, efficiently and with a strong customer focus.
In this role, you will be a key link between our customers and internal teams. By ensuring that contract information is complete, reliable and up to date, you will help secure smooth service delivery, accurate billing and a high-quality customer experience.
What will you do?
As part of our Customer Service team, you will coordinate the administration of service contracts throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service contracts from creation to renewal, modification and termination.
- Coordinating contract signatures and ensuring contracts are properly archived in line with internal and quality requirements.
- Reviewing, cleaning and validating contracts and Terms & Conditions in our contract management tools.
- Ensuring contract data is accurate, consistent and up to date in SAP, Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Supporting compliance with internal Service Policies, quality standards and established processes.
- Contributing to accurate customer billing by maintaining complete and reliable contract information.
- Working closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Field Service and Quality teams to support efficient operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, simplify processes and strengthen contract follow-up.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining precision, coordination and collaboration. You like working with data and systems, but also value the impact your work has on customers and internal teams.
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- A previous experience in service contract administration, contract management or customer service administration, and a good knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce, would be an asset.
