Field Application Specialist for IVD field for Hungary

(Industry Field)

 

Requirements for application specialist:

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in biology, microbiology or medical or food technology
  • Good knowledge of lab environment
  • At least 2 years experience in biology / microbiology field
  • Windows OS, MS Office, basic IT skills
  • Experience on CRM reporting
  • Good ability for communication, team work and organization, networking within and outside the company
  • Customer and solution orientation
  • Training and coaching capabilities
  • Willingness to travel, 2-3 days a week in territory of Hungary
  • Fluent Hungarian and English, Polish is a plus
  • Place of residence Budapest or around
  • You will be trained in our training center in Marcy- L´Étoile, France


 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and provide consulting, product training and support on bioMérieux solutions
  • Answer internal and external customer questions and complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory through timely and accurate documentation in CRM application
  • Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPI´s
  • Be the interface between customers, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Managers and Authorities concerning vigilance processes (FSCA, FCA…) ensuring the follow up and documentation of these processes
  • Develop and retain business, strengthen customer relation ship
  • Make organizational recommendations around bioMérieux devices in order to optimize workflow, address 3 dimensions: technical, quality and productivity
