AP Specialist Accountant - Shared Service Center Latam

We are looking for an AP Specialist Accountant who will work and grow within the Shard Service Center Latam and will report to AP Team Manager within a team of 6 co-workers.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

• Register and book Vendor invoices, travel and expenses reports in SAP according to local rules and corporate procedures.
• Performs vendor creation, reconciliation and payments for various countries.
• Bank statements / bank accounts maintenance – upload, check, resolving discrepancies.
• Performs weekly and monthly reporting according to internal and Corporate deadlines and reports requested by Manager.
• Cooperation with Local subsidiaries and solving operational issues
• Taking part in assigned projects

Who are you?

• Knowledge and skills:

• Advanced student or University degree in Finance / Accounting or related careers.
• Experience: 1-2 years in similar financial tasks
• Very good knowledge  of SAP /  ERP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

• Talents and qualities:

• English - Advanced level
• Portuguese - Basic/Intermediate level (not mandatory)
• Accuracy, teamwork, flexibility
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Orientation towards internal and external clients
• Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset.
