At bioMérieux, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our LATAM Shared Service Center (SSC). In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable process for multiple countries across the region, collaborate with multicultural teams, and contribute to the financial operational excellence of a global leader in in vitro diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Manage vendor master data, account reconciliations, and payment execution for multiple countries across Latin America.
• Actively participate in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and periodic reporting.
• Collaborate with local teams and internal stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable inquiries and operational issues.
• Provide support and training to new team members while maintaining process documentation and procedures up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or similar finance-related functions.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment and participate in English-speaking meetings and conversations.
