At bioMérieux, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator to join our LATAM Shared Service Center (SSC).

In this role, you will support Accounts Payable operations across multiple countries in the region while coordinating day-to-day team activities, driving process improvements, and helping ensure service excellence.

This position combines operational and coordination responsibilities while maintaining active involvement in day-to-day Accounts Payable activities. Like the rest of the team, it reports directly to the AP Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Payable processes in accordance with local regulations, corporate procedures, and service level requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to new team members while maintaining training materials, work instructions, and operational procedures.
• Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives, process transitions, system implementations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, including workload distribution, resource planning, timesheet follow-up, and first-level support for the team.
• Support the Team Manager in operational activities and act as a backup when required to ensure business continuity.
• Serve as a key contact for subsidiaries by supporting operational reviews, monitoring KPIs, handling escalations, and coordinating holiday and overtime planning within the team.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or finance-related roles.
• Previous experience coordinating activities, priorities, or work allocation within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level (mandatory), with the ability to participate confidently in meetings and communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
