As an AI development engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI agents primarily using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting business teams in workflow automation and productivity enhancement. As AI technologies continue to evolve, you may also work with additional tools and platforms.
You will operate at the intersection of AI engineering, low-code platforms, and business enablement, fostering a strong citizen development culture that empowers employees to create solutions tailored to their own needs.

AI Agent Development
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
- Create and optimize prompts, orchestration logic, and conversational experiences.
- Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Use Case Delivery and Adoption
- Identify, prototype, and industrialize relevant AI use cases within secure and compliant environments.
- Contribute to pilot projects, innovation initiatives, and the adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Support business users through training, best practices, and reusable components.
Governance and Lifecycle Management
- Apply AI governance, security, and data policies throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Monitor the Microsoft Copilot roadmap and release cycle, assess relevant new capabilities, and support their controlled adoption.
- Maintain solution documentation and contribute to lifecycle management and industrialization efforts.
Operations and Support
- Provide operational support for deployed AI agents and automations, including incident analysis and resolution.
- Monitor usage, performance, reliability, and user feedback.
- Coordinate fixes and updates to ensure service continuity and continuous improvement.
Who are you?
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or a scientific discipline with a strong computer science component.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI, automation, or low-code development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (knowledge of other platforms is a plus).
- Experience integrating APIs, connectors, and enterprise systems.
- User-centric mindset with the ability to translate business needs into simple and impactful solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both IT and business teams.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to lead initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Curious and technology-oriented, with a strong interest in following developments within the AI and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on practical solutions and delivering business value.
