Our Supply Chain Performance department is looking for a 6 month fixed term contract for a replacement – Customer Supply Process Referent (F/M).
The Supply Chain Performance Team is accountable for the robustness and efficiency of Supply Chain processes.
We drive Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction, reaching operational excellence and supporting business development.
Our team is also in charge of documenting and sharing best practices, and deliver the relevant KPIs to improve our overall performance.
We are actively looking for a Customer Supply Business Process Referent to support, improve and transform the following processes: Sales Order Management, Available-to-Promise, Logistics complaints, Customer relation management.
What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?
As Process Expert, for the Customer Supply domain, you develop expertise on several processes and tools:
- Customer Order creation and processing
- Multiple entry channels management: manual, EDI, E-Commerce, OCR…
- Communication with customer and order tracking all along the process
- Customer satisfaction management (surveys, etc..)
- Available To Promise
- Stock allocation and portfolio prioritization
- KPI reporting (order recording performance, order quality…)
- Interactions with other Supply Chain operational processes
- Logistics complaints
- Customer relation management
- Main tools: SAP ECC, Sales Force
With the expertise on the processes and the solutions supporting them, you will:
- Leverage users’ knowledge within the organization: you identify training needs, contribute to establish documentation, from process description to user instructions to support it.
- Animate a worldwide network of key stakeholders known as “Key Partners community”, to share best practices, review pain points, prioritize the improvement effort and communicate changes
- Ensure proper usage of systems, by understanding the underlying business processes.
- Apply this knowledge to solve problems,
- Work closely with the IS team and Process Referents from other domains to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance system functionalities,
- Proactively propose opportunities to optimize the process you are responsible for and implement some of them with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Collaborate with the different project leaders to bring your expertise as a support of projects, mainly during the design, testing, and hypercare phases. This task will represent around 50% of your workload.
Beyond your role of process referent, you work in close collaboration with your manager, the Business Process Owner, to help define the strategy of the Customer Supply domain and ensure all transformations impacting Customer Experience and Ordering process are consistent.
Overall, in an environment under digitalization, you control the implementation of sustainable solutions, for a unique customer experience, with an increasing added value brought by our customer supply teams.
Who are you ?
- Master Degree, you have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience as an actor or owner of the Quote To Invoice process in an international context.
- You have a solid functional background, appetite and capacity to develop it rapidly.
- You have good communication skills necessary to harmonize processes, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions.
- You are customer centric, and see the order management process becoming a differentiating experience for our customers
- You have a strong capacity of analysis and sense of support,
- You have a strong background on SAP and enjoy systems in general, including Salesforce.
- You are comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, including to animate a community.
- English & French are your 2 languages at work.
