Based in Craponne site, you will be integrated in the Supply and Demand management team part of the Global Supply Chain.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
The Supply Chain Partner - Key Account & Demande Process Excellence will ensure business continuity for the Industry Supply Chain, with a focus on Strategic & Global Key Accounts (S&GKA), supporting both foundational BDM responsibilities and the specific high-impact activities linked to the SGKA. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive and communicate process improvements across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
1. Key Account & Business Review Support
- Account Management: Serve as the primary supply chain liaison for Strategic and Global Key Accounts (S&GKA), ensuring seamless communication and high client satisfaction. Provide training to S&GKA on supply chain concepts, including technical challenges, to strengthen their understanding and engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a bridge with the internal teams to rapidly resolve complex supply chain inquiries, bottlenecks, and complaints.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and lead monthly business reviews, providing clear insights into KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and performance standards.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain transparency by regularly updating stakeholders on supply risks, constraints, and process changes fostering transparency and collaboration.
- Strategic Initiatives: Actively share value-added supply chain initiatives, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability (CSR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to enhance long-term customer value.
2. Supply chain Industry Network
- Maintain regular contact with regional teams to ensure cross sharing of best practices and exchange on local challenges
- Develop and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
3. Project & Process Management
- Leverage BDM expertise to analyze forecasts through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with S&OP and strategic goals.
- Lead the Maestro roadmap for the BDM team, coordinating monthly alignment meetings and integrating updates into broader departmental communications.
- Monitor and report on the progress of roadmap initiatives including projects designed to improve forecast accuracy.
- Oversee enhancements to Maestro reporting, managing technical support coordination and anomaly resolution via JIRA.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset to refine demand management workflows and operational efficiency.
Who are you?
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Demand Management or similar roles, with proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with statistical forecasting, and advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build internal networks and credibility with demanding stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to synthesize complex information quickly.
- Fluent in English
