Our Craponne site is seeking a Replenishment Planner & Spare Parts Inventory Manager to work on a permanent contract within the Global Supply Chain. You will report to the E&S Downstream Supply Chain team within a team of 10 employees. Reporting directly to the E&S Downstream Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of each of these activities. To this end, you will rely on team members based in France, the US, and Singapore, as well as the project teams and local EMEA teams.
What will be your mission ?
• Operations (50%): Responsible for replenishment and performance monitoring of Downstream Supply Chain operations (Subsidiaries, FSEs, Distributors)
- Define target inventory levels for distributors/subsidiaries/FSEs based on established criteria (replenishment strategy/consumption/lead time/installed base, criticality, etc.), with a priority on implementing centralized replenishment (vendor management inventory).
- Manage replenishment flows (potentially including distributors within the scope) in accordance with the replenishment strategy defined by the E&S team (SLA, ARL, etc.), taking into account operational challenges and identifying the causes of shortages.
- Maintain the calculation parameters of the IS tools used up to date.
- Define and manage allocations.
- Implement phase-in/phase-out/switch operations to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Implement regular reviews with subsidiaries and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to develop internal collaboration;
• Continuous improvement (30%): Participate in the optimization of operational tasks
- Participate in the KP community as a KP Maestro
- Contribute to E&S communities in the EMEA region with local supply chain and customer service teams;
- Conduct appropriate indicator analyses to measure our performance and define the necessary action plans with partners through dedicated governance structures (Customer Service, Stores, Local Supply Chain, etc.)
- Implement the defined action plans and communicate them to stakeholders (local and global) using the appropriate tools and resources;
- Build and update the Downstream E&S dashboard and communicate it across the EMEA region.
- Act as the voice of internal customers for supply planning issues within the E&S team.
- Communicate the implementation of these improvements to all stakeholders (local and global) using the appropriate tools and resources.
• Projects (20%): Standardization and optimization of SC E&S processes in the EMEA region;
Contribute to the team's process improvement projects through cross-functional projects: 5S, Replenishment optimization best practices, SPACE, Supply Chain Academy, Spare Parts Return, etc.
Who are you?
- Graduate with a Master's degree or equivalent, ideally specializing in Supply Chain.
- With at least 2 years of experience in SC, you have already worked in a multicultural environment.
- You are organized, autonomous, dynamic, proactive, and rigorous. You are recognized for your ease of communicating with people from other fields and for your ability to change mindsets.
- In terms of IT tools, you have a good knowledge of SC-related tools (SAP, Fluid-e, etc.) as well as office and data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
- Your English level is professional. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
