Following an internal mobility move, we are looking for our future Vice President, Supply & Demand Management, reporting to the Senior VP - Global Supply Chain.

What will your mission be at bioMérieux?

• S&OP Process Management: You will be responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning process, contributing to its transformation into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with strategic decisions around resource allocation, economic scenarios, inventory management, costs, and service.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) Development: You will evolve service agreements within the global supply, manufacturing, and distribution network.
• Multi-Level Planning: You will ensure the quality of planning at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels, ensuring the consistency and reliability of forecasts and sales scenarios.
• Supply Chain Responsibility for Evolving Products: You will be responsible for managing products during the integration, launch, or retirement phases.

• Third-Party Product Procurement Management: You will oversee the procurement of products manufactured by external partners.
• Planning Practice Improvement: You will be responsible for optimizing long-term planning practices and tools.
• Team Leadership: You will lead and develop the Planning teams, managing their skills and capabilities, their performance, and the associated budget.

Who are you ?

• You hold a Master's degree or equivalent.
• You demonstrate a minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, with solid expertise in multi-level planning in an international environment.
• Ability to work on both strategic and operational challenges.
• International leadership and agility to make effective decisions within the company.
• Ability to navigate and balance different internal objectives.
• You demonstrate fluency both in English and in French.
