We are looking for a Cluster Supply Chain Manager - ComOps France who will encompass all supply operations in the French subsidiary, both for Clinic and Industry businesses.
You will be a member of the EME-A Supply Chain leadership team jointly with the 6 other cluster supply chain managers and 2 transversal supports, reporting all to the EME-A Supply Chain VP and to the France General Manager.
What will be your responsibilities ?
- Hold accountability for customer satisfaction & Supply Chain performance at best cost, in line with supply chain guidelines and local regulations for the full France geography (including DROM COM),
- Develop & steer the Supply Chain activities and processes for the cluster,
- Be responsible to build and reinforce strong relationships with other departments within bioMérieux in and out of France, and with upstream supply chain functions,
- Strongly contribute to customer satisfaction by building/strengthening relationships with customers around the Cluster,
- Directly manage a team of 4-5 people, for a total organization of more than 30 people,
- Be accountable to ensure tender activities and contracts activities with all our French’s customers,
- KPIs: Customer Satisfaction – NPS & CSat (transactional and yearly) ; OTIF; scrap; Inventory Days on Hand; Forecast Accuracy, OPEX optimization, Warehouse & Shipping budget control and Sales Administration budget control ; contract renewal , tender win rate, Delivery consolidation.
Who are you?
- Master’s degree ideally with specialization in supply chain
- Proven success for 10+ years in end to end supply chain roles in international complex environments
- Previous experience in managing managers is a strong plus
- Experience in sales administration, customer promise and service level monitoring
- Strong knowledge in demand management, sales administration and/or logistics (warehousing and transportation)
- Customer / Business orientation
- Knowleddge of French laws and social governances is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership and sense of accountability, ability to actively participate into a senior executive committee
- Ability to initiate and promote change
- Ability to translate goals into action plans in a changing environment
- Management in an international complex & diverse environment
- Adaptability / Flexibility
- Capacity to communicate in an inter and multicultural environment
- Proven ability to drive transition and interfaces in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English and French languages
- Travel Time: <10% to Europe, some trips in France (Rennes area) where part of the team is located, or other clusters for corporate meetings
