We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Workplace Expert who will work and grow within the Cybersecurity Operations Domain of the IS department and will report to Cybersecurity Operations Manager within a team of 6 co-workers.

 

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?

 

  • Lead and manage the Security Service Provider support team :
    • Define security process that the managed services need to follow,
    • Define and manage the security indicators: Measure and report at monthly basis to the CISO the reports and indicators related to the Information Systems Security (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Encryption of workstations, Asset Management, Patch Management, Security incidents),
    • Driving continuous improvement of configurations and process (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Patch management…),
    • Support and manage user incidents occurred with security solutions (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, etc.),
    • Be part of the continuous improvement according to the new threats, risks and vulnerabilities of the Information System.
  • Work with the IS teams to ensure that the Information Systems solutions deployed have the appropriate protections and address the IT risks and threats,
  • Review and validate the expression of security requirements of new Workplace projects,
  • Review/Define security features of new Information Systems components, including mobile, social media, cloud-based solutions and ensure compliance and consistency with existing security policies. Provide expertise and advice to business project teams on risk analysis as needed,
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures related to Information Systems Security at bioMérieux. Assist in communicating these policies to bioMérieux employees, partners and external suppliers,
  • Monitor and alert the CyberSecurity Operation Manager on major deviations, assist in the collection of documents requested for security audits and support security audits. Manage exceptions to security policies,
  • Manage, in co-management with the Security provider support team, the SSI requests filed in the ITSM Service Now tool (AV exceptions, Spam, Phishing, Malware, Allow list/Block list, etc.),
  • Manage the Security Officer mailbox : Analyze and respond to user requests on SSI topics (Spam, Phishing, Malware, etc.),
  • Manage and audit various workplace security solutions (Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Encryption, Asset Management, Patch Management) implemented at bioMérieux,
  • Engineering on new security solutions (projects + technology watch),
  • Escalate problem solving to Regional Cybersecurity Teams.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Require a Master’s degree, with 5 years of experience including 2+ years experience in Cybersecurity,
  • Good technical knowledges in the main areas of responsibility (Antivirus (EDR), Antispam, Patch management…) and you are willing to work on other area also in the future on which we will help you to develop, ex: Cloud Security, Network Security, …),
  • Curious and willing to discover new technologies,
  • Teamwork, collaboration and sharing is your way of thinking/working,
  • Current English speaking.
