We are looking for a Global Application Specialist - Culture Media, Pharma Environmental Control Automation to join the GiCS Experts Unit QC Pharma control team at the Craponne site.
The main mission is to provide training, coaching, and technical support to bioMérieux subsidiaries and distributors, and contribute to the development of products and services by representing the technical voice of the customer for the 3P ENTERPRISE® solution and all of its components, as well as the culture media used by pharmaceutical customers, in order to optimize commercial results and the profitability of bioMérieux.

What are your missions?
Field Support :
-
Provide second-level emergency support to subsidiaries and distributors for claims, questions, or suggestions.

Provide both basic and advanced field support.

Contribute to action plans for critical situations and/or participate in working groups.
Training :
-
Lead the skills development plan, including training and coaching for subsidiaries and distributors to ensure quality service for our customers.

Evaluate the quality of training programs and the skill level of trainees.

Contribute to the development of service tools for subsidiaries and distributors to support our customers and optimize local service.

Create and update training modules in compliance with GiCS / GCS processes, including digital formats.

Develop and implement customized training plans for subsidiaries based on their needs.

Lead off-site training sessions.

Contribute to the trainee evaluation process and provide an action plan to facilitate knowledge acquisition.

Create and update training modules following customer service processes.
-
Certify local trainers at hubs or regional training centers.
-
Provide ad-hoc personalized coaching.
Product Range Management :
-
Contribute to product development projects.
-
Contribute to new product launches or updates: execute assigned tasks and deliverables for the entire GiCS department. Coordinate with other GiCS members (Investigation Unit, PMO, System Testing and Support).

Provide regular feedback on product improvements to the relevant projects or programs.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of products/services, training materials, and service tools.

Maintain and promote global service tools and related documentation.

Create global customer communications in line with the specific notification procedures for changes to pharmaceutical and cosmetic clients.

Define and manage action plans related to issues identified in the field.

Execute, advise, propose, develop, and review service offerings and updates.
Who are you?
-
Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+4) in microbiology and 5-7 years of experience in a similar field.

Technical knowledge of culture media for environmental control in the pharmaceutical industry, and associated automation, or equivalent system.

Ability to perform tests and analysis on culture media in a controlled environment, such as a P2 lab.

Experienced trainer, with a pedagogical approach, digital training design skills, and support from the digital team.

Good understanding of the pharma industry environment, with experience in a GxP environment being a plus.

Proven experience in process or product validation; experience in analytical method development/validation is a plus.
-
IT and connectivity experience as a key user or equivalent experience (LIMS).

Understanding of the cell and gene therapy industry environment is a plus.

Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
