What are your main accountabilities?

 

7 months - Fixed term contract

This role sits within the Global Marketing Communications team and reports directly to Global Marketing Communication Associate Director. You will be responsible for driving and delivering the marketing communication plan and the integrated marketing campaigns in support of the Franchise.

Key relationships include close collaboration with peers in the Global Digital Marketing and Global Commercial Events teams, as well as with Franchise Marketing teams at both global and regional levels.

The position will be based in Craponne (69).

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Partners with Global Franchise Marketing teams to shape and support the development of multi-year, 360° communication strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Drives end-to-end campaign execution, from development through to market deployment, ensuring timely, high-quality, and consistent delivery within defined strategic frameworks
  • Adapts Global MarCom campaign frameworks to regional or local needs, integrating feedback from key stakeholders
  • Coordinates across Global, Regional, and Local marketing communication teams to support effective campaign rollout
  • Ensures consistency of messaging and brand expression across markets while adapting to local requirements
  • Supports governance processes for campaign creation, validation, and deployment, ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Monitors campaign performance and contributes to optimization based on defined KPIs and agreed business priorities
  • Manages project specific budgets and timelines
  • Collaborates with agencies and transversal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful outputs

 

 

What is your profile?

 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Marketing, Communications
  • Minimum 5 years’ similar experience in Marketing Communications within an agency and/or industry environment
  • Proven experience in integrated communication marketing
  • Results-orientated, experienced to define and work against KPI’s
  • Relevant commercial and/or B2B marketing experience, ideally in life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Another language is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm; proactive, flexible, and pragmatic
  • Strong project management skills, with effective decision-making and prioritization abilities
  • Experience working in matrix and multicultural organizations is an advantage
  • Experience managing creative agencies
