We’re looking for a Global Marketing Excellence Manager dedicated to bioMérieux’s Industry Applications in Craponne.

 

Our global team helps food and pharma manufacturers ensure the highest quality and safety standards to protect consumers and patients.

 

This role is key to supporting our commercial growth and efficiency, while empowering marketing teams.

 

You will be part of the Global Marketing team, reporting to the Global Marketing VPs for both Pharma Quality Control and Food Safety & Quality business units.

 

Your will help global marketing teams build market-driven strategies, ensure effective execution across global/regional/local levels, and boost commercial performance. You’ll work closely with the Global Commercial Operational Excellence team and Clinical Marketing to share tools, methods, and best practices that support Industry business goals.

 

 

What will be your main missions ?

 

  • Provide tools, methods, and best practices (VoC, strategic marketing, portfolio management) to support global marketing teams in delivering strong market and customer insights,
  • Train, coach, and support marketing teams’ skill development,
  • Consolidate and monitor global and regional VoC plans,
  • Ensure synergies between Industry and Clinical market insights through collaboration,
  • Lead knowledge management across global/regional/local marketing teams using internal platforms and forums,
  • Support the development of the Marketing Academy by incorporating Industry-specific needs,
  • Identify and assign training aligned with commercial priorities,
  • Define and maintain the Industry value-based selling training model and roadmap,
  • Deliver or support training execution at global, regional, and local levels,
  • Coordinate with GCOE and L&D teams for training planning and curriculum development,
  • Assess organizational strengths/weaknesses to tailor training and coaching programs,
  • Improve Go-to-Market and Go-out-of-Market processes with Clinical and PMO teams,
  • Lead Launch Excellence deployment and animate a network of champions across levels,
  • Gather Industry Marketing needs to enhance MDM, CRM, onboarding, e-qualification, digital marketing,
  • Monitor marketing transformation plans, support change management, and escalate risks when needed.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing with minumum 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience,
  • 3 years minimum in Marketing Excellence or commercial capabilities (experience in Food or Pharma industries is a plus),
  • Proven track record in marketing roles within large international matrix organizations,
  • Strong B2B marketing knowledge (methods, tools),
  • Ability to engage and align international teams on shared objectives,
  • Autonomous project management across functions; able to build tools/methodologies and lead trainings,
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders,
  • Clear, structured, and impactful communication style,
  • Adaptable, good listener, service-oriented, and detail-focused,
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
