We are looking for a Global Product Admin dedicated to support the Marketing activities of the Pharma Quality Control product lines within the Industrial Applications department.

This role will be directly involved in the operational implementation of the global marketing team’s strategic initiatives, working in collaboration with the global, regional, and local Industry organizations, in order to achieve strategic goals related to business growth and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing operational and administrative marketing requests related to products and services, working closely with the Solution Managers of the Global Pharma QC Marketing team.
What will be your missions ?
- Supporting Voice of Customer projects in collaboration with regional teams and external partners by coordinating the logistics of events,
- Managing the update of commercial documentation to help improve customer experience and order management,
- Overseeing the marketing documentation platform in coordination with global, regional, and local teams, and optimizing communication tools and workflows,
- Recommending and implementing tools and processes to streamline operational workflows within the organization (e.g., MARCOM, E-qualification),
- Managing marketing requests for the creation and/or modification of product and service reference data in line with portfolio and offering updates (e.g., SPOT),
- Ensuring follow-up on contractual documents in coordination with legal and quality teams, supporting marketing collaboration projects with external partners and commercial activities of certain product lines,
- Supporting the organization and facilitation of internal/external marketing events (workshops, carousels, etc.).
Who are you ?
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/+4) in marketing management,
- 1–3 years’ experience minimum in a B2B company is a plus,
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various departments within the company,
- Proactive and adaptable in handling a wide variety of tasks,
- Proficiency with office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint…) and experience in developing high-quality documents,
- Interest in working on topics with scientific content,
- Current English.
