What will your responsibilities be?
This position is responsible for supporting the Global Quality Tool BPOs (Business Process Owners) in projects and activities related to our Quality Management Systems. The Quality Specialist will collaborate with tool BPOs, IS teams, and business representatives to support the implementation and maintenance of the TrackWise and TrackWise Digital applications:
- Managing access permissions within the Quality Management System applications.
- Comfortable working with various digital tools and applications (Learning Management, BioAccess, TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, Helix, MS Excel, Salesforce, etc.).
- Investigating and resolving user issues.
- Collaborating globally with users from different departments, cultures, and time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Supporting the Quality Tool BPOs in coordinating and participating in system change control activities (writing URS, creating/executing test cases, etc.).
- Assisting with software release activities (impact assessments, validation tasks, communication, and coordination).
Who are you?
- Higher education degree.
- Experience in software validation.
- Technical background and experience working with information systems.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
