We are looking for a Data Lead Developer to reinforce our team Analytics developer team, in Craponne.

The Management Information Systems (IS) is fully involved in bioMérieux’s digital transformation strategy  worldwide. Our IS teams are in charge of key projects such as the global deployment of our Salesforce CRM solution, SAP and IoT (Internet of Things). They also lead “proofs of concept” related to innovative services with high added value for bioMérieux’s activities. They partner with specialized stakeholders on reference technologies (SAP HANA/BW, Salesforce.com, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Informatica SAP Cloud Platform or Microsoft Office 365) to contribute to the constant improvement of bioMérieux’s services.

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions,

- Oversee data architecture and ensure the integrity, availability, and security of data,

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs,

- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows,

- Development backlog management according team availability,

- Optimize and tune data systems for performance and scalability,

- Mentor and guide junior data engineers and developers,

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.

Who are you?

- You have 5 years of experience  minimum developing ETL data pipeline, data model and dashboards with Data technologies (Business Intelligence, Big Data and Advanced Analytics),

- You have master degree in IT / Data

- A strong experience in :

• data modeling on SAP HANA/BW is mandatory, Snowflake would be a plus
• SQL statement developments
• ETL pipeline development, DataStage and Informatica would be a plus
• Dashboarding development, Tableau would be a plus

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong co-ordination skills to bring together Business and IT counterparts

- Strong capacity to navigate in a multi-cultural environment

- Strong level of Autonomy

- Results and Deliveries oriented

- Fast succeed/Fast fail, and risk taking mindset

- Fluent in French and English
