bioMérieux Global Information Systems is a worldwide organization in charge of IT development and digital transformation support.

Along with its recent organization transformation, bioMérieux Global IS set-up a dedicated Governance Department responsible for defining the target operating model, the execution guidelines and more globally the organization.

Within the Portfolio, Methods and Quality team, the Test Practice Leader will define, manage and deploy the testing strategy for all bioMerieux IS applications.

We are recruiting an experienced Testing Leader able to drive us to the next level of maturity and efficiency.

This position reports directly to the IS Senior Director in charge.

What will be your mission at bioMérieux ?

Main responsibility of the IS Test Practice Leader is to define, manage and implement the Non Product Software Testing strategy for bioMerieux.

This testing strategy includes framework, tools, best practices, means, roles and risks.

As a transversal contributor, you nevertheless make sure that what you define is applied by the Testing Managers in ASPAC, EMEA and Americas.

You therefore work closely with various stakeholders including IS portfolio managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, release managers and business representatives to share the strategy and support teams regarding testing optimizations.

Naturally, test managers are the spear head of the Testing execution and efficiency.

You contribute to the implementation of partnership relationships with preferred suppliers supporting the IS Testing.

You foster a positive team spirit by creating momentum within organizations and among resources, and define a clear vision and goals for his / her field to support team engagement.

You lead and facilitate the Testing community.

You lead the continuous improvement of the practice and fosters the capitalization on experiences.

You contribute to all instances related to Testing activities within bioMérieux representing the IS Test area.

Who are you  ?

You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in engineering domain (IS or similar)

You own a solid experience in Testing, including involvement in IS projects and maintenance activities.

You have proven experience in facilitation, communication, and capacity to work transversally with other teams.

You have demonstrated ability to communicate, to act with courage, to show emotional intelligence, to facilitate collaboration in the entire organization and to effectively support team members.

As the team and the company are international, fluent English is required.
