Internship BAC+4/5 Supply Chain Reporting - Customer Relations F/M/D

Connected to the Regional Supply Chain Service for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will work closely with the customer relationship managers from different countries and the central team responsible for performance monitoring. Your main mission will be to develop new KPIs and dashboards related to customer relations.

What is your mission at bioMerieux?

• Formalizing reporting requirements with customer relationship managers and the performance monitoring teams,

• Creating report mockups in Excel and/or PowerPoint,

• Developing reports using Tableau Software,

• Testing the proper functionality of the reports,

• Documenting the reports and creating training materials,

• Presenting the reports and supporting users in their effective use.

This internship will give you comprehensive visibility into various Supply Chain processes related to customer relations and the associated performance measurement tools. You will interact with over 100 Supply Chain collaborators across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to create management reports for customer relations activities.

Who are you?

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/+5) or equivalent in engineering, with a specialization in Supply Chain or IT, with a strong business orientation.

• You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• You demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, listening skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Dynamic and motivated, you are autonomous, versatile, and proactive in your work. You are rigorous and show strong skills in anticipation, prioritization, and organization.

• Experience and/or strong motivation to develop the use of reporting and analysis tools.

• Proficiency in Excel is required. Knowledge of SAP tools and Tableau Software is a plus.

The internship will take place at our Craponne site for a duration of six months.
