The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.
In the Demand & Planning domain, 2026 will be marked by several major transformation projects and strategic challenges. To ensure their successful execution, we are strengthening our team and actively seeking a Demand & Planning Business Process Referent for a 12-month assignment.
The overall role of a BPR D&P is to support, improve and transform with his/her colleagues the following processes: forecasting & demand management, distribution requirements planning, inventory management, stock deployment, S&OP.
The responsibilities will be shared between you and the experienced BPRs D&P already in place. Over this mission, your main focus will be to contribute to key projects and provide expertise. You will also be involved in various topics related to run activities, such as incident management, enhancements, key partner networks, documentation, etc.
What will be your mission ?
Your will collaborate with the different Supply Chain project leaders to bring your expertise and contribute to project success of :
- FALCON : optimization of our distribution network in the US for reagents.
- 1 RMS R - one reference multi sources for reagents : creation of a core model (process & tools) to allow production, distribution and sale of a unique reference from multiple sources to the whole market.
- One Plan : One Plan is about transforming sales forecasting into a unified and integrated planning process, driving better business outcomes. You will contribute to One Plan in collaboration with another experimented BPR D&P already involved into this project, with a specific focus on the tool workstream.
In collaboration with your BPRs D&P colleagues you might also :
- participate to a network of stakeholders worldwide, known as Key Partners community, to share best practices, review pain points, identify enhancements opportunities and training requirements on the Demand & Planning domain for processes and tools, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- work in close collaboration with process referents of other domains for transversal topics.
- work closely with the IS team for tools enhancements as well as troubleshooting.
- contribute to establish documentation, from process description to user instructions necessary to support it.
Your mission can vary according to the evolution of the roadmap and requirements, as well as the workshare between BPRs. A close partnership between BPRs D&P will be key for the success of the mission.
Who are you ?
- Master Degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, in an industrial context using ERP and APS solutions.
- You have demonstrated experience on Demand & Planning processes either in project or operational role.
- You are comfortable with systems in general, and you ideally already have a strong background on at least one of our systems (OMP, b2wise, FluidE, SAP ECC, SAP APO DP)
- You have good communication skills. You are comfortable in multi-cultural environments.
- You have good capacity of analysis and sense of support.
- English must be fluent.
