This role involves developing a deep understanding of the French market to provide strategic marketing insights, methodologies, and planning, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
What will be your responsibilities?
1. Strategic Marketing Insights:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the French market through continuous strategic analysis to anticipate changes and guide the strategic vision of the French cluster ; Communicate key insights to Regional and Global teams to refine overall strategy.
- Establish and manage processes for collecting and analyzing data on competitors (including portfolios and business models), new entrants, and overall market and epidemiology trends.
- Lead market assessments by analyzing market, customers, and industry trend ; lead related consultations with third-party providers.
- Analyze data to provide digestible and actionable insights to the Marketing team.
- Lead the working group dedicated to strategic insights, identifying the right stakeholders for specific insights-sharing sessions.
- Share and cascade all collected insights internally, highlighting their impact on BioMérieux’s business.
- Pre-identify potential impacts of collected insights on BioMérieux’s business.
2. Strategic Methodologies
- Provide methodologies for segmentation, end-to-end customer experience, and strategic pricing (including processes, templates, and best practices) to the Marketing teams and beyond.
- Define an end-to-end customer experience framework for French cluster, including performance metrics.
- Contribute to the definition of local strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop effective market segmentation strategies and criteria (including Voice of the Customer) to provide relevant inputs for refining product and market strategies.
- Build a pricing strategy based on insights analysis, in collaboration with EME and Global teams.
3. Strategic Marketing Planning and Brand Plan
- Define and align cluster teams on annual strategic objectives in line with sales forecasts and in collaboration with Finance and
- Own and drive the entire Brand Plan process at the French level, coordinating working groups to define Brand Plans per solution and providing relevant templates to the teams.
- Consolidate the French Brand Plan across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Communications, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives.
- Ensure that the needs and specificities of the French cluster are understood and integrated into the Marketing action plans.

- Mini 10 years experience in healthcare marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills – Ability to communicate effectively on “top 3” important insights for BioMérieux customer-facing teams
- Ability to influence and promote knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Able to adapt and learn quickly
- Team spirit and customer orientation
- Fluent in English
