The Supply Chain Performance team at bioMérieux focuses on improving the effectiveness and resilience of our supply chain processes both globally and locally. Our goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve operational excellence, and support the company's growth. We also work on documenting and sharing best practices while developing key metrics to measure and boost overall performance.

 

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Performance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven innovations and delivering AI solutions to over 600 members of our Supply Chain team.

Your work will encompass a cross-functional scope, contributing to the development and adoption of supply chain AI use cases across various domains, including Forecasting & Inventory Management, Transport & Distribution Management, Order Management & Customer Care, etc.

 

What will be your missions ?

 

- Collaborative design & agile development of Data-Driven Use Cases: collaborate with supply chain and IS stakeholders to design use cases, define technical solutions, and establish data requirements,

- Data exploration & analysis: analyze large datasets to identify patterns and correlations that drive actionable insights for supply chain optimization,

- Experimentation with advanced models: use statistical, machine learning and generative AI models to test and validate improvements in supply chain processes.

- Deployment & optimization of AI Solutions: iplement AI-driven solutions and continuously refine them to enhance supply chain performance,

- Integration into existing processes: seamlessly integrate AI solutions into current supply chain processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness,

- Change Management and AI Adoption: support change management efforts by demonstrating the value of AI solutions, and providing training and assistance to supply chain team members.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Master degree in Data Engineering or Supply Chain,
  • Experience in Supply Chain is a plus,
  • Experience in data science with mandatory proficiency in coding with Python,
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong autonomy and a results-oriented approach,
  • Ability to bridge business processes and data solutions, interacting efficiently with Supply Chain stakeholders,
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
