The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable for ensuring the robustness and efficiency of Supply Chain processes at both the corporate and local levels. Through a comprehensive roadmap of global projects, we aim to drive transformation and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Our team also focuses on documenting and sharing best practices while delivering and maintaining KPIs that measure and enhance overall Supply Chain performance.


We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Leader for TMS (Transportation Management Systems) to join our dynamic team. As part of the Supply Chain Performance team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing projects covering all phases of the project lifecycle. Your main focus will be on transportation and distribution-related projects, ensuring efficient management of global logistics operations and enhancing the supply chain processes.

 

 

What will be your missions ?

 

  • Lead and implement TMS projects, covering all project phases from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to post-go-live support.
  • Define objectives, scope, and planning for projects, including resource allocation and requirements definition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and IT departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Oversee the development of testing strategies, deployment, and go-live preparation, ensuring the successful integration of TMS solutions.
  • Conduct the TMS RFQ process, support purchasing activities for new partner contracts, and work with IT teams to ensure the solution meets all technical and functional requirements.
  • Manage the integration of the TMS system with existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and smooth data flow with global and local stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-live plan, working with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, organizing necessary project governance, and managing risks and changes to keep projects on track.

 

Example Projects:

  • Lead TMS RFQ process and support the purchasing process for new partner contracts.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure all requirements are met and solutions are tested.
  • Collaborate with finance to define impacts on flow and ROI.
  • Prepare and oversee testing strategies, deployment plans, and go-live coordination.
  • Lead the integration of TMS with existing systems, ensuring smooth operation across regions.

 

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Master Degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain activities, ideally as a Project Manager in an international and industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of distribution practice and standards, experience in transport organizations and digital platforms, TMS experience is a plus.
  • Good leadership and excellent communication skills necessary to lead projects and manage change successfully.
  • You have a strong capacity to work in team and your English is fluent.
  • Proven experience in managing complex supply chain projects, specifically in TMS and Transportation Management.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of international freight forwarding, domestic transport, warehouse operations, and customs management.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
