Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, quality, regulatory, and commercial—to align supply chain processes with business goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, reliability, and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare forecasts with local marketing, distributors demand management meeting and S&OP of the subsidiary; or contribute to Clusters one, alert on demand/supply issues and consider PI/PO plan, optimize distributor inventory levels when applicable.
  • Control/steer logistics operations for secondary network level (warehousing and transportation); provide technical support (safety, regulatory and quality policies;) submit and roll out CAPEX.
  • Lead the team manage and monitor team's workload and performance; define objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drives budget/resources for his perimeter.
  • Manage new ERP (SAP) implementation.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Holder of master’s degree in supply chain, engineering or at least Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in SAP and ERP systems implementation.
  • Ability to translate goals into action plans.
  • Profound Sense of ownership
  • Adaptability / Flexibility (Mastery).
  • Customer / Business oriented (Mastery).
  • Expert in demand management and logistics (warehousing and transportation), strong negotiator.
  • Ability to lead and manage Team
  • Proper communication skills with relevant business Stakeholders
