BIOMERIEUX Egypt subsidiary is looking for Medical Representative for our distinguished product “Biofire” located in Alexandria . His/her main mission is to drive Sales of Biofire and implementing sales strategies and building strong relationships with our customers. Job holder will report directly to BDM Biofire -Egypt
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Promote and sell the Biofire molecular diagnostic product line to customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare settings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs, provide product updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organizing product training sessions for healthcare professionals, laboratory staff, and end-users.
- Effectively manage the assigned accounts, including identifying key accounts, developing account plans, and prioritizing sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure sales activities are comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Holder of BSc/BA degree in Pharmacy, Science or Vet.
- Salesperson with minimum of 2 years sales experience working) in In-Vitro Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical market.
- Strong sales acumen in complex solution selling and value selling capabilities with new solutions.
- Ability to develop a solid knowledge of bioMérieux product ranges and the understanding of the IVD market and competition environment.
- Sales results orientation and ability to learn and integrate the selling process and implement the sales tools.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Working knowledge of Molecular Microbiology will be a plus.
- Very good organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Team spirit.
- Result oriented
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous.
