Reporting to the Sales Manager Industry Italy, the Account Manager Pharma & Healthcare North East is responsible for the business development in a specific area throughout the management of Customer portfolio, products portfolio to achieve sales results from Pharma and Healthcare industries.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- ACHIEVING sales results and analyze them on regular base to put in place the related actions
- DISCOVERING Customers’ needs and key contacts
- ESTABLISHING strong business and technical relationship with key accounts based on added value proposal
- CREATING a strong network with c-suites
- MANAGING QUOTATIONS and TENDERS
- EXECUTING Action Plans and create PROJECTS at industry level for bringing high value proposition
- COLLABORATING with other team members and functions (such as marketing & technical application specialist)for creating a strong DYNAMISM within the zone (“sharing” of strengths & resources)
- Responsible for HEALTHCARE new customers and industries acquisition at Italian level
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- 5+ Experience in Sales
- Preferably Deep knowledge of Industrial Microbiology processess and Pharma and Healthcare market
- Strong Sales focused and familiar with B2B sectors Pharma and Healthcare market.
- Experienced in complex negotiations with different stakeholders (QC, QA, Production, Regulatory, C-Suites)
- Skills: Excellent teamwork ,curiosity, to be perseverant, results oriented, enthusiastic and dynamic, proven ability to build relationship
- Capacity to execute strategic plan and work efficiently in the market by guaranteeing an active presence in the field
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Must be able to work approx 80% of the time on the field
